We produce high quality « cuvées » in order to express the best of our « terroir ».
We also produce Red wine from Bouzy, only for the best years. Bouzy Rouge is the most well-known « Coteaux Champenois » red still wine in our Champagne region.
A yellow golden eye Champagne with a gourmet and fruity nose. It immediately expresses all the aromas of a unique terroir from « Bouzy ». You will enjoy her gloss finish and clarity. In mouth, the feeling of a delicate touch of silk dresses up the Palate as a home made « chantilly »

Soil : clay-limestone soil
Grapes varieties : Pinot noir 90 % - Chardonnay 10 %.
Winemaking method : manual harvest. Pressing of the whole grape. Alcoholic fermentation at 16 degrees. Malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Ageing in porcelaine tiles.
Blending and ageing : Blending of 2 to 3 years of reserve vine. Ageing on racks at least 3 years in our traditional cellar.
Dosage : 8 g of sugar per liter.
Bottle size : bottles of 37,5 cl or 75cl.
Tasting : aperitif champagne served from 7 to 8 degrees.
This champagne trimmed in golden and silver lace, subtle and harmonious, this wine has a really fruity powerful nose. The highlights of this champagne are its thin bubbles and its brightness. This is a very nice balance between maturity and freshness. Its aromas reveal the signature of a unique terroir « Bouzy ».

A golden and bright-coloured wine with amber hints.
This reserve wine, full bodied, has a powerful nose with lukewarm brioche, caramel and gingerbread notes. Perfectly balanced in the mouth with generous bubbles, this wine is both round and structured with a magnificently long finish.

This Champagne is rather expressive, rich aromas, round nose and balanced palate. It is a delicious treat ! Fruitiness of Pinot Noir highlight distinction and freshness while acidity of Chardonnay gives fineness and elegance.

Bouzy Rouge, the noble red wine from Champagne, is made with the 'Pinot Noir' grape variety only. Vineyard is in the middle of hillsides benefiting from the best sunlight exposure, offering the best fruit ripening. A brilliant, copper glints colour is the main characteristic of this Red wine, with subtle and delicious aromas of red fruits.

Winemaking method : Hand harvesting (sorted on the plot), blend of one year of harvest.
Ageing in oak barrels for an average of 6 months
